Recipe 1 - Hors D' Oeuvres
A quick entertaining dish with no fuss. Become the master chef in minutes and a delightful host for the night with these quick and easy hors d’oeuvres. (10 MINUTES)
Ingredients:1 jar of ratatouille
1 baguette
Extra Virgin Olive oil
parmesean cheese
Directions:Slice baguette into 1 inch thick slices.
Place them under a broiler for 2 minutes on each side.
Remove them once the rounds are toasted and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Open the jar of ratatouille and put 2 teaspoons of ratatouille on each round of toasted bread.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese (or a cheese of your choice) on top of the ratatouille and then place under broiler for a further minute to melt the cheese.
Place on a platter and serve immediately.Read More
Recipe 2 - Mushrooms Ratatouille with Pasta

Ingredients:
A jar of Mushroom Ratatouille
4 portions of your favorite brand of pasta
A pinch of Salt
A pinch Pepper
2 teaspoons of Extra Virgin Olive oil
Your favorite cheese
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to its directions. Drain and return pasta to the pot it was boiled in. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to the pasta. Add a jar of Mushroom ratatouille to the pasta and stir. Reheat pot enough to heat ratatouille. Serve with cheese sprinkled over the top.

Recipe 3 - Spicy Ratatouille with Roasted Chicken

Spicy Ratatouille as a side dish to Roasted Chicken.
Ingredients:
A jar of Spicy Ratatouille
A box of commercial couscous
A cup of frozen peas
A ready cooked roasted Chicken
Directions:
Cook the couscous according to the directions on the box and add a cup of frozen peas. Plate the couscous. Meanwhile zap the ratatouille in a microwave safe plate for 2 minutes until heated through. Serve ratatouille over couscous, and plate alongside roasted chicken (according to your hunger level).

Recipe 4 - Regular Ratatouille with Grilled Fish

Ingredients:1 Jar of Regular Ratatouille
Two portions of your favorite white fillets (I.e. sole, sea bass, sword fish, halibut)
Directions:
Grill fish. Open jar of regular ratatouille and heat through using either a microwave or stove top. Cover grilled fish with regular ratatouille and serve. Garnish with chopped parsley.

A quick dish with no fuss that you can make with your children, or for a party.
Ingredients:
Readymade/bought pizza dough (Pillsbury in the refrigerated section)
1 Jar of Regular vegetable Stew
Sliced mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Bake pizza dough according to the directions on the packet
After it has browned, spread the jar of vegetable stew evenly over the pizza dough
Top with cheese
Place back into the oven until the cheese has melted.

Recipe 6 – Bay Scallops and Spicy Vegetable Stew

Great for weight loss!
Ingredients:
Bay Scallops for two people
1 Jar of Spicy vegetable Stew
2 cups of Chicken Stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Sautee the Bay Scallops in olive oil and the chicken stock, make sure you do not overcook the scallops.
Drain the stock
Heat the Spicy Vegetable Stew in the Microwave
Serve immediately over the bay scallops.
